Simon heads up the business. With an extensive career in the aerospace industry spanning four decades, Simon has grown from the early days as a powerplant engineering apprentice (British Airways - 1988) progressing through a variety of increasing responsibility roles at GE Aerospace (1991 - 2013), Emirates Airline (Dubai 2014) and most recently as Quality Manager for a growing Part 145 MRO. During these ten years at AerFin, Simon introduced a number of key business functions ranging from a complete new warehouse, including the training and leading of a number of shop floor staff and teams to a multi-approved QMS. Simon has significantly improved the QMS and quality culture across 4x global sites whilst implementing and managing the Approved Maintenance Organisation approvals for Part 145 Maintenance (UK CAA, EASA and FAA). As part of these approvals, Simon became a nominated (Form 4) holder, across three disciplines, as Compliance Monitoring Manager, Safety Manager and Quality Manager). 

A qualified Lead Auditor (ISO9001) plus an accredited Aerospace Auditor (AA) with IAQG, Simon is qualified to conduct 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits across the range of Aerospace Standards to include AS9120, AS9100 and AS9110.

The expansive technical, operational and business experience developed over 36 years enables Simon to have a fully-rounded understanding of almost all aspects of Aerospace Maintenance Management. Dealing directly with Customers, Vendors, Certification Bodies, Regulatory Agencies, Clients and Visitors enables Simon and Enomis.ltd to offer a unique and bespoke service to satisfy almost any need.
